Vegetarian Sub from Aloha Salads
Last week, I ate half a pizza at JJ Dolan’s, then a mini garlic chicken from Fort Street Cafe, then a full sized Pad Thai Garlic Chicken (also from Fort Street Cafe because they’re the best at garlic chicken). I drank beer every single time I watched all six Celtics games. I was feeling pretty guilty about it all, so this week, I decided to go for a veggie sub from Aloha Salads.
Japanese Eggplant, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, Mozzarella Cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes with what Aloha Salads calls their “Goddess Dressing.” Except they ran out of eggplants that day, so I substituted with avocado. What a happy accident.
